Purchase all raw materials (steel wire, fabric, foam, non-woven fabric, glue, etc.) and conduct incoming quality inspection.
Form springs from steel wire using a spring coiling machine, then heat treat to relieve stress. Assemble springs into a full "spring unit" (open coil) or individually pocket and glue them to create a "pocket spring unit". Attach border wire around the perimeter of the spring unit, then add cushioning layers (felt, coir, etc.) on both top and bottom.
Layer comfort materials (foam, latex, memory foam, etc.) with the mattress fabric. Sew them together using a quilting machine to create the patterned mattress top panel (quilting).
Cut the quilted composite fabric into the top panel, bottom panel, and border strip according to design dimensions.
Apply eco-friendly glue evenly to the top, bottom, and sides of the spring core. Bond the cut top panel and bottom panel to the core; additional comfort layers may be added between the core and the panels.
Use a border sewing machine to precisely stitch the top panel, bottom panel, and border strip together, forming a fully enclosed mattress.
Check appearance and dimensions. Use a standard roller test machine to simulate human rolling and test the mattress’s support durability.
Clean the mattress surface, wrap in plastic bag or vacuum compress (for bed‑in‑a‑box), place into a carton, and seal.
